摘  要:井下地质管理工作是矿山地质部门与矿山其他生产、技术部门一起进行的生产管理,是矿山生产技术管理的重要工作内容,主要用于矿山前期深部探矿,巷道勘探掘进、探空探水、矿石分布研究与矿体圈定、矿石贫化率与损失率的管理、掘进巷道顶板风险等级评估、掘进掌子面及矿房品位管理、矿山储量计算及矿山开采的全过程,这项工作是每个矿山地质工作者应尽的职责,为矿山的地质储量、服务年限、安全生产、矿量衔接等工作做好第一责任人。也为保障矿山可持续发展,保证矿山安全高效生产,提高矿山经济效益,有重要意义。Underground geology management is a production management carried out by mining geology department together with other production and technical departments of mines.It is an important work content of mine production technology management.It is mainly used for deep exploration in the early stage of mines.The whole process of roadway exploration and driving,sounding and water exploration,ore distribution research and ore body delineation,ore dilution rate and loss rate management,roadway roof risk grade assessment,face and room grade management,mine reserves calculation and mining is the responsibility of every mine geologist.Be the first responsible person for the mine's geological reserves,service life,safe production,ore quantity connection and other work.It is also of great significance to ensure the sustainable development of mines,ensure the safe and efficient production of mines and improve the economic benefits of mines.
