摘  要:针对目前一体化集成废气处理装置体积大、结构复杂的问题,从加工、安装、运输和维护保养等角度出发,设计了一种装配式结构实验室废气处理装置,介绍了其模块化结构的具体设计方案和连接件装配方案,在结构静力学分析与模态分析的基础上,验证了结构设计的合理性、装置结构的可靠性和安全性。In view of the shortcomings of large volume and complex structure of the current waste gas integrated technology treatment device,from the perspective of processing,installation,transportation and maintenance,an assembly structure system of laboratory waste gas treatment device is designed and its modular design idea is introduced.Combined with the actual needs of the work site,the specific structural design content and connector assembly scheme of the laboratory waste gas treatment device are given.Based on the structural static analysis and modal analysis,the rationality of the structural design,the reliability and safety of the device structure are verified through the development of the prototype,which can meet the working requirements of the laboratory waste gas treatment device.
