摘 要:针对加工断面特征参数测量效率低的问题,提出一种基于机器视觉的断面特征识别方法。首先对采集到的加工断面图像进行灰度形态学降噪、双边滤波等预处理;然后通过Otsu阈值分割结合形态学操作得到水射流加工断面的条痕区域;最后完成对处理后条痕区域特征参数的测量。结果表明:所用方法能够有效对加工断面条痕区域进行较清晰的提取,提高了断面特征参数的测量效率。The tail residue of abrasive water jet cutting section is its unique typical feature,and the difference of its geometric features has a direct relationship with the quality of the machined surface.Aiming at the problem of low measurement efficiency of the feature parameters of the machined section,a method based on machine vision is proposed to identify the feature features of the machined section.Firstly,the collected image of the machined section is preprocessed by gray scale morphological noise reduction and bilateral filtering,and then the machining strip area of the machined section is obtained by Otsu threshold segmentation combined with morphological operation.Finally,the characteristic parameters of the striated area are measured statistically.The results show that this method can effectively extract the striated area of the machined section clearly,and improve the measurement efficiency of the section feature parameters.
