摘 要:为研究抗生素的使用对水库生态的影响,于2022年10月选取桂林市备用饮用水水源地青狮潭水库作为研究区域,利用固相萃取和超高效液相色谱-串联质谱技术对青狮潭水库沉积物中磺胺类、四环素类、喹诺酮类等三大类17种抗生素含量进行了分析。结果表明,20个采样点总浓度为3.79~11.10 ng·L^(-1),共检出7种磺胺类、4种四环素类、3种喹诺酮类抗生素,平均浓度为0.084~1.26 ng·L^(-1),其中检出浓度最高的抗生素为氧氟沙星(OFL),浓度为5.21 ng·L^(-1),氧氟沙星是检出率最高的抗生素,检出率为90%。对青狮潭水库沉积物抗生素生态风险和健康风险进行评估,研究表明:青狮潭水库沉积物三大类17种抗生素风险商值RQ<1,表现出低风险;但不同采样点最大风险指标均指向氧氟沙星,需要注意氧氟沙星的排放问题。健康风险评估结果表明,青狮潭水库沉积物抗生素对人体健康无风险。To study the impact of antibiotic use on the ecology of reservoirs,Qingshitan Reservoir,the alternate drinking water source of Guilin City,was selected as the study area in October 2022.The contents of 17 antibiotics from the three major classes:sulfonamides,tetracyclines,and quinolones,in sediment samples from Qingshitan Reservoir were analyzed using solid-phase extraction and ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS)techniques.The results showed that the total concentration of the 20 sampling points ranged from 3.79 to 11.10 ng·L^(-1),and a total of 7 sulfonamide,4 tetracycline,and 3 quinolone antibiotics were detected,with an average concentration of 0.084-1.26 ng·L^(-1).The most prevalent antibiotic was ofloxacin(OFL),which occurred at a concentration of 5.21 ng·L^(-1)and at the highest detection rate of 90%.The ecological and health risks of antibiotics in the Qingshitan Reservoir sediments were also assessed.The results showed that the risk entropy value(RQ)of the 17 antibiotics in the three major categories in the Qingshitan Reservoir sediments was less than 1,indicating a low risk.However,the maximum risk indicators at different sampling points pointed to OFL,highlighting the need to monitor the release of this particular antibiotic.The health risk assessment results indicate that the antibiotics in the Qingshitan Reservoir sediments do not pose a risk to human health.
