摘　　要：阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer’s disease,AD)是一种起病隐匿、进行性加重的神经退行性疾病,是导致痴呆最常见的病因。近年来研究发现AD常伴有听功能障碍,此外还有研究证实周围听功能障碍是AD的独立危险因素,因此AD与听功能障碍的相关性成为新的研究热点。本文将对AD与听功能障碍之间的联系及其机制、AD患者和动物模型的听功能障碍特征、听力干预对AD的影响做一综述,为AD的预防和临床诊治提供参考。Alzheimer's disease(AD)is a neurodegenerative disease with insidious onset and progressive aggravation.It is the most common cause of dementia.In recent years,studies have found that AD is often accompanied by auditory dysfunction.In addition,some studies have confirmed that peripheral auditory dysfunction is an independent risk factor for AD.The correlation between AD and auditory dysfunction has become a new research focus.This article will review the relationship between AD and auditory dysfunction and its mechanism,the characteristics of auditory dysfunction in AD patients and animal models,and the impact of hearing intervention on AD,so as to provide a basis for the prevention,clinical diagnosis and treatment of AD.
