摘 要:中耳胆脂瘤是一种由过度增殖的角化鳞状上皮及上皮下结缔组织构成的非肿瘤性病变,能够通过侵蚀周围骨性结构,导致多种严重并发症,甚至危及生命。手术切除是中耳胆脂瘤唯一有效的治疗手段,但术后复发率较高。因此探索中耳胆脂瘤的发病机制,对于中耳胆脂瘤的治疗意义重大。中耳胆脂瘤对周围骨质的破坏吸收是其特征性的生物学行为。越来越多的研究发现骨吸收可能是中耳胆脂瘤具有侵袭性和破坏性的重要原因。因此,本文对中耳胆脂瘤骨吸收的可能机制进行综述,以期为中耳胆脂瘤的治疗及降低术后复发率提供新的思路。Middle ear cholesteatoma is a non-neoplastic lesion composed of hyper-proliferative keratinizing squamous epithelium and sub-epithelial connective tissue.It can lead to a variety of serious complications and even lifethreatening conditions by eroding surrounding bony structures.Surgical resection is the only effective treatment for middle ear cholesteatoma,although recurrence rate can be high.Therefore,understanding its pathogenesis is of great importance to improve treatment outcomes.Bone destruction and resorption is the characteristic biological behavior of middle ear cholesteatoma.Studies suggest that bone resorption may be an important reason for the invasiveness and destruction in middle ear cholesteatoma.Therefore,this article reviews the possible mechanism of bone resorption in middle ear cholesteatoma,in order to provide new ideas to improve treatment and reduce recurrence.
