门式起重机空中拆除方法研究与应用

摘　　要：门式起重机(俗称龙门吊)是广泛应用于建筑施工的一种起重机械,具有场地利用率高、作业范围大、适应面广、通用性强等特点,而且可以在工程结束后拆除转移到其他工程。但是,门式起重机的结构安装和拆除通常需要大型辅助起重机械配合,使转移工作受到其他起重设备资源条件的制约。本文主要论述在没有大型辅助起重机械的情况下,利用中小型起重机械辅助空中拆除龙门吊的方法。Gantry crane is a kind of lifting machinery widely used in construction.It has the characteristics of high site utilization,large operation range,wide applicability and strong versatility.It will be removed and transferred to other projects after the completion of the project.According to the structural characteristics of the gantry crane,the installation and removal of such cranes usually require the heavy duty crane.This paper mainly discusses the method of aerial dismantling the gantry crane with light duty crane when there is no heavy duty crane in the local site.
