摘 要:采用田间小区试验法研75%嗪草酮水分散粒剂对大豆田阔叶草的除草效果及安全性。结果表明,在夏大豆播后苗前喷施土壤处理75%嗪草酮水分散粒剂506.26、562.50、618.75 g/hm^(2),对杂草的鲜重总防效分别为89.2%、93.3%、94.7%,对马齿苋的鲜重防效分别为89.1%、91.3%、95.0%,对反枝苋的鲜重防效分别为98.1%、98.9%、95.4%,处理间差异均不显著;对酸浆的鲜重防效分别为46.4%、80.6%、88.6%,562.50 g/hm^(2)与618.75 g/hm^(2)处理间差异不显著,均与506.26 g/hm^(2)处理差异显著。75%嗪草酮水分散粒剂处理后,夏大豆出苗正常,苗后表现出轻微的药害症状,测产结果显示,各剂量处理与人工除草处理差异不显著,但显著高于空白对照。75%嗪草酮水分散粒剂在夏大豆田中的推荐使用剂量为562.50~618.75 g/hm^(2),该剂量下药后45 d对阔叶草的鲜重防效为93.3%~94.7%,且对夏大豆安全。A field plot experiment was conducted to study control effect of metribuzin 75%WG on broad-leaved weeds in summer soybean fields and its selectivity.The results showed that total fresh weight control effects of metribuzin 75%WG at 506.26,562.50,618.75 g/hm^(2) on broad-leaved weeds were 89.2%,93.3%,94.7%,their fresh weight control effects on Portulaca oleracea were 89.1%,91.3%,95.0%,and fresh weight control effects on Amaranthus retroflexus were 98.1%,98.9%,95.4%,when three doses of metribuzin were applied at pre-emergence stage.Meanwhile,there were not significant differences between metribuzin treatments.The fresh weight control effects on Physalis alkekengi L.were 46.4%,80.6%,88.6%,separately.And it had no significant differences between the treatments of 562.50 g/hm^(2) and 618.75 g/hm^(2).Both these two treatments had significant difference with the treatment of 506.25 g/hm^(2).After the application of metribuzin,the summer soybean normally emerged,presented slight phytotoxicity symptoms.The effect of metribuzin weeding on summer soybean yield was not significantly different from that of artificial weeding,but it was significantly better than that of blank control.In general,the recommended dose of metribuzin in summer soybean fields was at 562.50-618.75 g/hm^(2) with fresh weight control effect on broad-leaved weeds was 93.3%-94.7%,and it was selectivity to summer soybean.
