摘　　要：探讨农村基层组织与农业合作社共赢机制对提高农民积极性,促进农民增收、产业繁荣、农村发展和企业收益具有重要指导意义,对推动巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果同乡村振兴有效衔接具有重要现实意义。研究通过实地调研,对农村基层组织深度参与的合作社发展情况进行深入了解,分析农村基层组织与农业合作社共赢机制现存问题,对实现农村基层组织与农业合作社共赢提出对策建议。Probing into the win-win mechanism of rural grass-roots organizations and agricultural cooperatives is of great guiding significance to improve farmers'enthusiasm,increase farmers'income,industrial prosperity,rural development and enterprise income,and has important practical significance in promoting the effective connection between the achievements of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization.Through field research,this paper makes an in-depth understanding of the development of cooperatives with the deep participation of rural grass-roots organizations,and analyzes the existing problems of the win-win mechanism between rural grass-roots organizations and agricultural cooperatives.This paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for realizing the win-win situation of rural grass-roots organizations and agricultural cooperatives.
