石榴补血糖浆治疗肿瘤相关性贫血的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨石榴补血糖浆治疗肿瘤相关性贫血的临床疗效和安全性。方法选取2018年8月至2019年10月武汉市江夏区第一人民医院收治的40例肿瘤相关性贫血患者(多为放化疗后或术后稳定期)作为研究对象,按照随机数字表分为治疗组与对照组,每组20例。对照组给予生血宁片治疗,治疗组给予石榴补血糖浆治疗,比较两组临床疗效、血液相关检测指标[血红蛋白浓度(Hb)、红细胞压积(HCT)、红细胞计数(RBC)]及不良反应发生率。结果两组均失访1例,治疗组因病情进展自愿退出研究1例。两组治疗总有效率比较差异无统计学意义。治疗前,两组Hb、RBC、HCT比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,治疗组Hb、RBC、HCT均高于治疗前及对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组治疗前后比较差异无统计学意义。两组治疗期间均未出现明显不良反应。结论石榴补血糖浆治疗肿瘤相关性贫血临床疗效确切,效果优于生血宁片,且安全性良好,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safty of pomegranate blood-enriching syrup in the treatment of cancer-related anemia.Methods A total of 40 patients with cancer-related anemia(mostly after radiotherapy and chemotherapy or postoperative stable period)admitted to the First People's Hospital of Jiangxia District.Wuhan City from August 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the research subjects,they were divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the random number table,with 20 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Shengxuening tablets,and the treatment group was treated with pomegranate blood-enriching syrup,the clinical efficacy,blood-related detection indexes(hemoglobin concentration[Hb],hematocrit[HCT],red blood cell count[RBC])and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results 1 case was lost to follow-up in both groups,and 1 case in the treatment group voluntarily withdrew from the study due to disease progression.There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups.Before treatment,there were no significant differences in Hb,RBC and HCT between the two groups;after treatment,Hb,RBC,and HCT in the treatment group were higher than those before treatment and the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),there was no significant difference in the control group before and after treatment.There were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups during the treatment.Conclusion Pomegranate bloodenriching syrup has definite clinical effect in the treatment of cancer-related anemia,the effect is better than that of Shengxuening tablets,and the safety is good,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
