摘  要:为解决压缩机壳体等离子焊接泄漏问题,利用X-ray探伤技术和工业显微镜分析方法对压缩机壳体等离子焊缝内部状态和断面进行检测,根据检测结果确定气孔为压缩机壳体等离子焊缝出现泄漏的直接原因。通过对压缩机壳体扩管和气密检查过程的受力分析,结合壳体材质和焊接坡口特点对压缩机壳体等离子焊接工艺进行改进。通过增加壳板清洗、坡口检查工序及调整焊接参数,焊接电流145 A,焊接速度420 mm/min时,压缩机壳体等离子焊缝泄漏率降低至0.6%。In order to solve the problem of plasma welding leakage of compressor shell,the X-ray flaw detection technology and industrial microscope analysis method are used to detect the internal state and section of plasma welds in the compressor shell.According to the test results,it is determined that the porosity is the direct cause of plasma welding leakage of compressor shell.The plasma welding technology of compressor shell is improved by analyzing the force in the process of expanding shell and airtight inspecting,combined with the shell material and the welding groove characteristics.By adding shell plate cleaning,welding groove inspection,and adjusting welding parameters,when the welding current is 145 A and the welding speed is 420 mm/min,the leakage rate of plasma welding of compressor shell is reduced to 0.6%.
