摘 要:为兼顾制冷陈列柜节能和防露的需求,针对现有防露控制方法存在的高能耗问题,本文提出制冷陈列柜智能防露控制算法,基于环境温度和湿度对防露电加热器的功率进行实时调控。对该控制算法在实际店铺应用的节能效果进行测试,并对使用该算法的制冷陈列柜防露控制系统的全年节能潜力进行模拟分析。结果表明,相较于常规防露加热方法,采用本控制算法的实测24 h节能率约为62.0%,全年节能率为64.3%,全年节能量为1 172 kW·h,可以实现店铺制冷系统4.5%的节能效果。研究结果可为制冷陈列柜节能运行提供技术参考。In order to meet the requirement of energy-saving and anti-dew for refrigeration showcase,and aiming at the problem of high energy consumption of the existing anti-dew control methods,a smart anti-dew control algorithm for refrigeration showcase is proposed.Based on the ambient temperature and humidity,the power of the anti-dew electric heater can be adjusted in real time.The energy-saving performance of the control algorithm applied to the actual store is tested,and the annual energy-saving potential of the anti-dew control system using the algorithm for refrigeration showcases is simulated and analyzed.The results show that compared with the conventional anti-dew heating method,the measured 24-hour energy-saving rate can be about 62.0% by using this control algorithm.Furthermore,the annual energy-saving rate is 64.3% with the annual energy consumption saved by 1 172 kW·h,and the energy-saving ratio of 4.5% is achieved for the overall store refrigeration system.This study result can provide technical reference for the energy-saving operation of refrigeration showcases.
