摘 要:针对目前绿色船舶的发展现状中存在的关键技术难题,对绿色船舶工艺技术进行分析,首先对船舶设备的选择优化要素及制造原则进行阐述,其次对绿色船舶建造工艺技术的实际应用进行分析,包括制造工艺、焊接工艺和涂装工艺技术,剖析全船制造加工的关键技术及其发展趋势。最后对船舶拆解过程中的人身安全、大气污染、水质污染等风险点进行分析,得出绿色拆船需要满足的要求及改进技术的应用。研究成果可为我国船厂绿色体系建设提供一定参考。In response to the critical technical challenges existing in the current development of green ships,green shipbuilding technology is analyzed.Firstly,the selection optimization factors and manufacturing principles of ship equipment are described.Secondly,the practical application of green shipbuilding technology is analyzed,including manufacturing processes,welding processes,and coating processes.The key technologies and development trends of ship manufacturing and processing are analyzed.Lastly,the risks of personal safety,air pollution,water pollution,and other factors during the ship dismantling process are analyzed.The requirements that green ship dismantling needs to meet and the application of improved technologies are identified.The research results can provide some references for the construction of green systems in Chinese shipyards.
