摘 要:为有效提高坞门开闭效率,延长其使用寿命,对基于传统卧倒式坞门的铰点与止水装置进行优化设计,并在此基础上设计一种新型的卧倒式坞门用铰点与止水装置。研究表明:新型的卧倒式坞门铰点及止水装置设计安装可靠、使用方便、开闭及拆装简便,止水效果显著。研究成果可为卧倒式坞门设计提供一定参考。In order to effectively improve the opening and closing efficiency of the dock door and extend its service life,an optimized design is carried out for the hinge point and water stop device based on the traditional horizontal dock door,and a new type of hinge point and water stop device for the horizontal dock door was designed on this basis.Research shows that the new type of hinge point and water stop design for horizontal dock doors are reliable in installation,convenient to use,easy to open and close,and have significant water stop effects.The research results can provide some references for the design of lying down dock doors.
