摘 要:[目的]筛选适用于养猪废水的人工湿地优势物种。[方法]选取鸢尾、美人蕉、水芹、梭鱼草4种水生植物,通过垂直流人工湿地装置,监测不同水力停留时间对污水中化学需氧量(COD)、总氮(TN)、总磷(TP)和氨氮(NH_(4)^(+)-N)浓度的影响,分析4种水生植物对污水的净化效果。[结果]随着水力停留时间的延迟,人工湿地中废水中COD、TN、TP和NH_(4)^(+)-N的浓度逐渐下降,净化效果越好。当水力停留时间为5 d时,鸢尾对COD和NH_(4)^(+)-N的去除率最高,分别为61.80%和68.35%;梭鱼草对TN和TP的去除率最高,分别为30.92%和81.53%。[结论]人工湿地对养猪废水净化效果以种植鸢尾和梭鱼草较佳。[Objective]To screen the dominant species in constructed wetlands suitable for application to swine wastewater.[Method]Four aquatic plants including iris,canna,cress and pickerelweed were selected to monitor the effects of different hydraulic retention times on the concentration of chemical oxygen demand(COD),total nitrogen(TN),total phosphorus(TP)and ammonia nitrogen(NH_(4)^(+)-N)in wastewater through a vertical flow constructed wetland device.The purification effect of the four aquatic plants on wastewater was analyzed.[Result]With the delay of hydraulic retention time,the concentrations of COD,TN,TP,and NH_(4)^(+)-N in wastewater in constructed wetlands gradually decreased,and the purification effect improved.When the hydraulic retention time was 5 days,the removal rates of COD and NH_(4)^(+)-N by iris were the highest,which were 61.80%and 68.35%,respectively;the removal rates of TN and TP by pickerelweed were the highest,which were 30.92%and 81.53%,respectively.[Conclusion]The purification effect of constructed wetlands on pig wastewater was better by planting iris and pickerelweed.
