摘 要:以荆芥种子萌发的幼苗为材料,开展秋水仙素诱导染色体倍性变异的最佳浓度和最适处理时间研究,调查比较多倍体植株的农艺性状。结果表明:用0.10%秋水仙素溶液处理荆芥幼苗生长点3 d最有利于四倍体的产生,诱导率达到1.15%。显微镜观察变异植株根尖染色体数目为2n=4x=24。田间表现四倍体植株较二倍体植株叶片厚大、叶色浓绿、穗多且密、种子大,且四倍体植株较二倍体植株有效成分含量提高。Using germinating seedlings of Schizonepeta tenuifolia as materials,the optimum concentration and treatment time of colchicine induced chromosomal ploidy variation were carried out,the agronomic characters of polyploid plants were investigated and compared.The results showed that 0.10%colchicine solution was the most beneficial to tetraploid production at the growth point 3 d of Schizonepeta tenuifolia seedlings,and the induction rate reached 1.15%.The number of chromosome in the root tip of the mutant plants was 2n=4x=24.Compared with diploid plants,tetraploid plants had thicker leaves,darker green leaves,more dense ears and larger seeds,and the content of effective components in tetraploid plants was higher than that in diploid plants.
