摘　　要：由于粒子加速器特种电源行业的特殊性,加之对粒子加速器特种电源从容量、技术性能、工艺结构等各方面要求越来越高,需要对关键核心部件进行设计升级,以满足特种电源日益发展的需要。本文通过一种特定要求设计了一种用于大电流特种电源的功率变换器,通过设计和测试,使其成为一种标准产品,解决大电流特种电源产品非标性质带来的问题,为今后大电流特种电源的可靠性、批量化生产提供技术支撑。Due to the particularity of the particle accelerator special power supply industry,the future requirements for particle accelerator special power supplies from the capacity,technical performance,process structure and other aspects are getting higher and higher,and it is necessary to design and upgrade the key core components to meet the needs of the growing development of special power supplies.This paper designs a power converter for high-current special power supply according to a specific requirement.Through design and testing,it becomes a standard product to solve the problems caused by the non-standard nature of high-current special power supply products,and provide technical support for the reliability and mass production of high-current special power supply in the future.
