摘  要:本试验将不同脂肪源添加到草鱼日常饲料中,研究对其生长性能和血液生化指标的影响。试验将450尾草鱼平均分为5组,分别添加鱼油、猪油、豆油、玉米油和混合油为脂肪源,试验为期30d。结果表明,与对照组相比,在日粮中添加不同种类的脂肪源对草鱼末重、增重率有显著影响(P <0.05),其中添加玉米油为脂肪源的试验组对提高草鱼生长性能效果最显著,草鱼平均增重率比对照组显著提高12.23%(P <0.05);其次,在日粮中添加不同种类的脂肪源对草鱼鱼体营养成分也有显著影响(P <0.05),添加玉米油脂肪源的试验组肌肉蛋白指标与对照组相比差异最显著,比对照组显著提高7.16%(P <0.05)。最后,在日粮中添加不同水平的脂肪源对草鱼血清中IgA、IgG、IgM等免疫指标均有显著影响(P <0.05),其中添加玉米油脂肪源的试验组血清免疫指标与对照组相比差异最显著,IgA、IgG、IgM分别提高了17.7%、20.9%和36.8%(P <0.05)。本试验结果表明,在日粮中添加5%玉米油作为脂肪源,对草鱼的促生长效果最显著,可使草鱼的增重及鱼体肌肉蛋白含量最高。This experiment added different fat sources to the daily feeding of grass carp to study their effects on growth performance and blood biochemical indicators.The 450 grass carp were selected for the experiment and divided into 5 groups on average,with fish oil,lard group,soybean oil group,corn oil,and mixed oil added as fat sources.The experimental period was 30days.The results showed that compared with the control group,adding different types of fat sources to the diet had a significant impact on the final weight and weight gain rate of grass carp(P < 0.05).Among them,the experimental group with corn oil as the fat source had the most significant effect on improving the growth performance of grass carp(P < 0.05),and the average final weight of grass carp increased by 12.23% compared to the control group;Secondly,adding different types of fat sources to the diet also had a significant impact on the nutritional composition of grass carp(P < 0.05).The experimental group added corn oil fat sources had the most significant difference in muscle protein indicators compared to the control group(P < 0.05),which increased by 7.16% compared to the control group.Finally,adding different levels of fat sources to the diet had a significant impact on immune indicators such as IgA,IgG,and IgM in grass carp serum(P < 0.05).Among them,the experimental group added corn oil fat sources had the most significant difference in serum immune indicators compared to the control group(P < 0.05),with IgA,IgG,and IgM increased by 17.7%,20.9%,and 36.8%,respectively.The research results indicate that adding 5% corn oil as a fat source to the diet has the most significant effect on promoting the growth of grass carp,resulting in the highest weight gain and muscle protein content in the fish body.
