摘　　要：饲料产业是影响我国国民经济的重点基础产业,已连续多年保持持续增长态势,成为世界饲料生产第一大国,但也已经进入发展成熟期,面临着发展的转型、升级,迫切需要引入新鲜血液,吸收高水平的饲料专业人才。在大学生就业形势日益严峻的今天,饲料行业的发展也为大学生农村创业就业提供了便利条件。本文分析了基于饲料行业发展大学生农村创业就业的发展机遇和面临的挑战,探讨具体的应对策略,以期为大学生农村创业就业提供一些帮助,在实现大学生顺利创业就业的同时,更好地促进饲料行业的发展。Feed industry is a key basic industry that affects China's national economy.It has maintained a sustained growth trend for many years and has become the largest country in feed production in the world.However,it has also entered a mature stage of development and is facing the transformation and upgrading of development.It is urgent to introduce fresh blood and absorb high-level feed professionals.Today,the employment situation of college students is becoming increasingly severe,and the development of feed industry also provides convenient conditions for college students to start their own businesses in rural areas.This paper will analyze the development opportunities and challenges of developing college students' rural entrepreneurship and employment based on the feed industry,and explore specific coping strategies in order to provide some help for college students' rural entrepreneurship and employment,and better promote the development of the feed industry while realizing college students' smooth entrepreneurship and employment.
