摘 要:大学生满意度是评价高校本科专业办学成效的关键。文章基于H高校本科专业问卷调查数据,运用多元Logistic模型分析本科专业大学生满意度影响因素。研究结果表明:(1)总体满意度较高,但仍存在一定的提升空间;(2)满意度受性别、户籍性质、政治面貌、成绩排名、课程和教学内容设计合理性、课程与行业发展趋势的紧密程度、课程对今后工作的帮助程度、校企合作、教学信息化等因素的影响显著;(3)满意度受教师的师德师风、理论水平、实践水平、教学方法、专业知识掌握程度、实践能力提高程度、教材选用、图书资料、实验设施、实习实训基地等因素的影响不显著。据此,应着重从专业课程、师资队伍和学生能力等维度发力,通过加强专业课程建设、培育一流师资队伍、提升学生综合素质等举措,提升高等农林院校本科专业大学生满意度,促进人才自主培养质量提升。The satisfaction degree of college students is the key to evaluate the effectiveness of undergraduate majors.Based on the questionnaire survey data of undergraduate majors in H university,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of undergraduate degree satisfaction by using multiple Logistic model.The results show that:(1)Overall satisfaction is high,but there is still some room for improvement;(2)The degree of satisfaction is significantly affected by gender,the nature of household registration,political outlook,performance ranking,the rationality of curriculum and teaching content design,the degree of closeness between curriculum and industry development trend,the degree of help of curriculum for future work,school-enterprise cooperation,teaching informatization and other factors;(3)The satisfaction degree was not significantly affected by teachers ethics,theoretical level,practical level,teaching method,professional knowledge mastery,practical ability improvement,selection of teaching materials,books,experimental facilities,practice and training bases and other factors.Therefore,we should focus on the three dimensions of professional courses,teachers and students ability,and enhance the satisfaction of undergraduate students in agricultural and forestry colleges and universities by strengthening the construction of professional courses,cultivating first-class teachers and improving the comprehensive quality of students.
