摘　　要：高校“双一流”建设与人才流动密不可分,文章基于“双一流”建设背景和调研数据,通过实证检验高校人才流动的影响因素。研究表明:高校人才流动受社会环境、成长需要、组织氛围、目标一致和生存需要等因素影响显著。文章提出,应建立高校人才合理流动四级联动机制,充分发挥中央统筹推进、省市级枢纽联系、高校引育并举以及人才强化自律的协同机制的重要作用。The construction of“Double First-class”in colleges and universities is closely related to the flow of talents.Based on the background of“Double First-class”construction and research data,this paper empirically tests the influencing factors of the flow of talents in colleges and universities.The research shows that the flow of talents in colleges and universities is significantly affected by social environment,growth needs,organizational atmosphere,goal consistency and survival needs.The paper puts forward that a four-level linkage mechanism should be established for the rational flow of talents in colleges and universities,It gives full play to the important role of the coordination mechanism of central planning and promotion,provincial and municipal hub connection,university education and talent strengthening self-discipline.
