摘  要:密云水库是首都北京重要的地表饮用水源地和水资源战略储备基地,自2021年以来持续处于高水位运行状态,且连续刷新水位新高纪录。文章结合近年水库高水位运行渗流、变形监测数据及历史监测资料,通过趋势性、相关性、对比性分析,得出结论:各建筑物渗流场、渗透、变形已趋于稳定,符合土石坝变形规律。在此基础上,结合历次安全鉴定和检查情况,对重点建筑物进行专项分析和复核计算,结果表明:白河主坝斜墙渗透稳定性符合安全运行要求,第二溢洪道闸首抗滑稳定满足规范要求,密云水库工程安全状况总体良好。Miyun Reservoir is a critical surface water source and strategic water reserve base for the capital city of Beijing.Since 2021,it has been consistently operating at high water levels,setting consecutive records for water levels.This paper,based on recent monitoring data for seepage and deformation during high-water operation at the reservoir,along with historical monitoring data,conducts trend analysis,correlation analysis,and comparative analysis.The conclusion is that seepage,permeation,and deformation in various structures have stabilized and are consistent with the deformation patterns of earth and rockfill dams.Building on this analysis,taking into account previous safety assessments and inspections,the article conducts a specialized analysis and reevaluation of key structures.The results indicate that the stability of seepage in the Baihe Main Dam’s inclined wall meets the requirements for safe operation,and the anti-sliding stability at the head of the second flood discharge gate meets the regulatory standards.Overall,the safety status of the Miyun Reservoir project is good.
