摘 要:信息传播范式的发展推动认知域作战样式的不断演进,智能传播技术的发展使得认知域作战显现出算法认知战的特点。通过梳理分析算法认知战研究的既有成果,总结其产生、发展和演进逻辑。从“政治+技术”的视角探讨算法认知战的本质特征,指出谋略和算法的结合是算法认知战的核心支撑,算法赋能的内容是关键因子,算法释能的空间是网络平台等算法认知战的致效机理。同时,结合社交媒体舆论生态,探讨算法认知战的典型运用场景,为提高认知域作战能力和优化致效策略提供学理支撑。The development of information communication paradigm promotes the continuous evolution of cognitive domain warfare,and the development of intelligent communication technology makes cognitive domain warfare show the characteristics of algorithmic cognitive warfare.Trough reviewing and analyzing the existing achievements of the research on algorithmic cognitive warfare,this paper summarizes the logic of its emergence,development and evolution.This paper probes into the essential characteristics of algorithmic cognitive warfare from the perspective of“politics+technology”,and points out that the combination of strategy and algorithm is the core support of algorithmic cognitive warfare,the content of algorithmic empowerment is the key factor,and the network platform is the most important space for algorithm interpretation and other efficacy mechanisms.At the same time,combined with the social media public opinion ecology,it explores the typical application scenarios of algorithmic cognitive warfare,providing doctrinal support for improving the cognitive domain warfare capability and optimizing the efficacy mechanism.
