摘 要:利用Jmatpro软件计算了新型氮合金化3Cr17型塑料模具钢平衡状下相组成及其相转变规律。通过实验室制备新型氮化3Cr17塑料模具钢,并进行了不同温度范围内淬、回火工艺试验,得出在1040℃~1140℃淬火温度范围内,随着淬火温度的提高,晶粒逐渐长大,硬度呈先增加后降低的趋势,在450℃~700℃回火温度范围内,随着回火温度的提高,晶界碳化物粗化与聚集程度增加,硬度也逐渐降低,根据不同热处理制度下的硬度变化和微观结构演变情况,提出了该类型模具钢的现场热处理工艺。The phase composition and phase transformation law of a new nitrogen alloyed 3Cr17 plastic mold steel under equilibrium state were calculated using Jmatpro software.A new type of nitrided 3Cr17 plastic mold steel was prepared in the laboratory,and quenching and tempering process experiments were carried out in different temperature ranges.It was found that within the quenching temperature range of 1040℃to 1140℃,the grains gradually grew with the increase of quenching temperature,and the hardness showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing.Within the tempering temperature range of 450℃to 700℃,with the increase of tempering temperature,the degree of coarsening and aggregation of grain boundary carbides increased,and the hardness gradually decreased.Based on the hardness changes and microstructure evolution under different heat treatment systems,an on-site heat treatment process for this type of mold steel is proposed.
