摘  要:AOD炉氧化末期C≤0.3%时,脱碳反应主要受搅拌强度影响,通过调整AOD炉吹炼氧化末期搅拌气体的流量,由36 Nm^(3)/min提升至50 Nm^(3)/min,提高脱碳和脱氮速率。生产实践表明,增加搅拌气体的强度和流量后,AOD炉脱碳和脱氮速率提高、终点N含量降低,进一步优化了低碳、低氮不锈钢的冶炼工艺,同时吹炼时间缩短,生产效率提升明显。In the end of oxidizing period when the element C≤0.3%,the decarbonization reaction is mainly affected by the agitation intensity,by adjusting the flow-rate of stirring gas at the end of AOD furnace blowing oxidation,from 36 Nm^(3)/min to 50 Nm^(3)/min,so as to increase the rate of decarbonization and nitrogen removal.The experimental results show that,after increasing the flow of the stirred gas,the decarbonization and denitrification rates rate of AOD furnace are increased,and the nitrogen content at the end of AOD furnace is decreased.The smelting process of low-carbon and low-nitrogen stainless steel is further optimized,and the blowing time is shortened,and the production efficiency is significantly improved.
