摘　　要：本文通过40Cr10Si2Mo钢试样金相组织观察、显微硬度测试、SEM能谱分析、热处理工艺试验研究、化学成分及相图分析模拟,分析并确定了40Cr10Si2Mo钢中游离铁素体的形成原因,同时提出了有效的改进措施。This paper presents a comprehensive analysis of the factors contributing to the formation of free ferrite in 40Cr10Si2Mo steel.Utilizing techniques such as metallography,microhardness assessment,SEM-EDS analysis,heat treatment processes,chemical composition evaluation,and phase diagram simulations,the study analyzes the causes for the presence of free ferrite in 40Cr10Si2Mo valve steel.Additionally,the effective improvement measures were proposed.
