摘　　要：设备维修方式的技术发展方向是预知维修,而要实现预知维修,对设备进行状态监测与故障诊断是基础。文章针对旋转机械的故障诊断,介绍了旋转机械监测诊断最新理论,并分机械部件类别详细阐述了面向轴承、减速机、风机的3种用于早期故障诊断的微弱故障信号识别技术。为提高故障诊断的准确性,本文分机械部件类别(轴承、减速机、风机)构建了旋转机械故障诊断系统,描述了系统的总体框架、状态监测模块、故障诊断模块、故障档案库等,在编制软件平台的基础上,对平台的成功应用情况进行了分享。The technical development direction of equipment maintenance mode is predictive maintenance.In order to realize predictive maintenance,the state detection and fault diagnosis of equipment are the basis.Aiming at the fault diagnosis of rotating machinery,the paper introduces the latest theory of state detection and fault diagnosis,and describes three kinds of weak fault signal early recognition technologies for bearing,gear box and fan in details.In order to improve the accuracy of fault diagnosis,the paper constructs a rotating machinery fault diagnosis system according to the categories of mechanical components(bearings,reducers and fans).The paper describes the overall framework of the system,state detection module,fault diagnosis module,fault library,etc.Finally,based on the software platform,the successful applications of the platform are shared.
