摘  要:采用类似五元环中间体结构的烷基吡咯烷为模板剂,通过动态水热法在不同碱度比和硅铝比条件下合成了一种具有MTW拓扑结构的分子筛(LMTW),通过XRD、N_(2)吸附-脱附、SEM、Py-FTIR和电子晶体学等方法对分子筛的结构进行表征。以该分子筛为酸性组分,负载铂制备了转化型二甲苯异构化双功能催化剂(Pt/LMTW),使用微型活塞流反应器对催化剂的反应性能进行评价,并与Pt/REI-430催化剂的性能进行比较。实验结果表明,合成的LMTW分子筛具有和MTW分子筛一致的特征峰及相似的晶胞参数,合成过程中的碱度比和硅铝比会影响分子筛的孔道结构、比表面积及酸性等。与Pt/REI-430催化剂相比,制备的Pt/LMTW催化剂用于二甲苯异构化反应具有优异的性能。Using alkyl pyrrolidine with a structure similar to a five membered ring intermediate as a template,a molecular sieve(LMTW)with MTW topological structure was synthesized by dynamic hydrothermal method under different alkalinity ratio and silica-alumina ratio,and the structure of the molecular sieve was characterized by XRD,N_(2) adsorption-desorption,SEM,Py-FTIR and electron crystallography.The molecular sieve was used as the acidic component and platinum was loaded onto it to prepare a converted xylene isomerization bi-functional catalyst(Pt/LMTW).The catalytic performance of Pt/LMTW was evaluated using a micro-piston flow reactor and compared with that of Pt/REI-430 catalyst.The experimental results show that the synthesized LMTW has the same characteristic peaks and similar cell parameters as MTW,and during the synthesis process,the alkalinity ratio and silica-alumina mole ratio can affect the pore structure,specific surface area and acidity of the molecular sieve.Compared with Pt/REI-430 catalyst,the prepared Pt/LMTW catalyst has excellent performance for xylene isomerization.
