摘  要:采用全二维气相色谱(GC×GC)-飞行时间质谱(TOF MS)对重整生成油脱庚烷馏分及其经催化脱烯烃反应后的产物进行表征,并采用GC×GC结合FID检测和峰体积百分比法对烯烃组分进行定量分析,考察了方法的准确度、精密度和最低检出限。实验结果表明,该方法可鉴定出126种烯烃化合物,烯烃回收率为96%~102%,5次重复测定结果的相对标准偏差小于6%,可满足色谱分析要求,烯烃的检测限最低可达0.4μg/g。该方法解决了重整生成油脱庚烷馏分中烯烃组分难以分离和准确定性定量的问题,可推广用于重整生成油、汽油、柴油等复杂油品中烯烃的分析。A comprehensive two-dimensional gas chromatography(GC×GC)coupled with time-offlight mass spectrometry(TOF MS)was used to characterize the reforming oil de-heptane fraction and its catalytic deolefin product.A GC×GC coupled with FID and the peak volume percentage method were used to quantify the olefin compounds in the reforming oil de-heptane fraction.The accuracy,precision and the limit of detections(LODs)were investigated.The result show that a total of 126 individual olefin compounds can be detected in the reforming oil de-heptane fraction.The recovery of olefins is 96%-102%with less than 6%of the RSD(n=5),which can meet the requirements of chromatographic analysis.The LODs are as low as 0.4μg/g.The method innovatively solved the problem of difficult separation and accurate qualitative and quantitative determination of the olefin compounds in the reforming oil de-heptane fraction.It can also be applied to the analysis of olefins in complex oil products such as reforming oil,gasoline and diesel.
