摘  要:以高沸点的甲乙酮(MEK)和N-甲酰吗啉(NFM)及低沸点的乙腈(ACN)为溶剂,对C4烯烃和烷烃的萃取分离工艺,采用Symmetry流程模拟软件进行了工艺模拟优化计算。优化结果表明,在C4烯烃产品回收率98.5%(w)、C4烷烃产品回收率95.0%(w)条件下,ACN与MEK-NFM工艺中烯烃产品的含量均可达92.7%(w)以上,但MEK-NFM工艺总能耗是ACN工艺的78%;C4烷烃回收率95.0%(w)条件下,原料烯烃含量范围在36.01%~46.30%(w)内,ACN与MEK-NFM工艺C4烯烃产品回收率分别可达到95.0%(w)与96.5%(w)以上;随着原料中烯烃含量的减小,ACN与MEK-NFM工艺烯烃产品回收率均逐渐降低;整体上,MEK-NFM工艺流程较短、能耗与物耗方面具有一定优势。The extractive separation process of C4 olefins and alkanes was studied using methyl-ethylketone(MEK)and N-formylmorpholine(NFM)with high boiling point and acetonitrile(ACN)with low boiling point as solvents.The Symmetry process simulation software.The process was simulated and optimized using Symmetry software.The optimization results show that under the conditions of 98.5%(w)olefin recovery and 95.0%(w)alkane recovery,the olefin content of C4 olefins product can reach more than 92.7%(w)with the ACN or MEK-NFM process.However,the total energy consumption of MEK-NFM process is 78%of that of ACN process.Under the conditions of 95.0%(w)alkane recovery and the range of olefin content of raw materials is 36.01%to 46.30%(w),the C4 olefin recovery of ACN and MEK-NFM process can reach 95.0%(w)and 96.5%(w),respectively.With the decrease of olefin content in raw materials,the recovery of olefin products in both two process gradually decreased.Overall,the MEK-NFM process has advantages in terms of shorter process flow,lower energy consumption and feed consumption.
