摘　　要：中国共产党建党百年来取得的重大成就和历史经验引发海外人士的广泛关注和解读。海外人士对中国共产党百年奋斗成功经验的认知主要集中在六个方面:一是坚持推进马克思主义中国化时代化;二是始终植根人民群众;三是强有力的组织能力;四是强大的韧性和调适性;五是严格的干部选任机制;六是勇于自我革命。海外人士的认知和解读,从“他者”的角度提供了崭新的视角,对于我们深化对中国共产党成功经验的认知,坚定“四个自信”,增强历史自信,进而提升党的国际形象和国际影响力,具有重要的启发和镜鉴意义。The major achievements and historical experience of the Communist Party of China in the past century have attracted extensive attention and interpretation from overseas people.Overseas people's cognition of the successful experience of the Communist Party of China mainly focuses on six aspects:First,to insist on promoting the sinicization of Marxism and the modernization of Marxism;Second,always to root themselves in the people;Third,to have strong organizational skills;Fourth,to remain strong resilience and adaptability;Fifth,to enforce a strict cadre selection mechanism;Six,to remain committed to self-reform.The cognition and interpretation by overseas people provides a new perspective from the"other's"point of view.It provides an important mirror for people to deepen their understanding of the successful experience of the Communist Party of China,strengthen the“four self-confidence”and historical consciousness,and then enhance the international image of the Party.
