摘 要:目的探讨用近红外漫反射光谱结合判别分析法对驴皮胶及伪品胶的鉴别效果。方法自制驴皮胶、牛皮胶、马皮胶作为建模样品,采用固体粉末—平均光谱采集工作流,积分球采样技术采集其近红外光谱;各类样品光谱处理方式为:使用一阶导数光谱,S-G平滑去噪,计算每一独立类别到其他类别的马氏距离。结果建立的马氏距离判别分析模型对驴皮胶、牛皮胶、马皮胶的正确识别率分别为100%、87.5%、100%。主成分分析图显示,各类样品在空间上可分类聚集。结论近红外漫反射光谱结合判别分析法可对驴皮胶及伪品胶进行分类鉴别,进一步还需补充更多的校正样品光谱,分析错判原因,剔除异常样品光谱,不断修正模型,使模型有更高、更准确的识别率。Objective To explore the identification effect of donkey glue and fake glue using near in-frared diffuse reflectance spectroscopy combined with discriminant analysis.Methods Making leather glue as modeling sample,using solid powderaverage spectrum acquisition workflow,integrating sphere sampling technique acquisit spectrum.The spectral processing method is:using first derivative spectrum,S-G smooth denoising,calcu-lating a unique distribution for each class and calculating Mahalanobis distance.Results The correct recognition rates of donkey glue,cow glue and horse glue were 100%,87.5%and 100%respectively using Mahalanobis dis-tance discriminant analysis model.The principal component analysis diagram shows that three kinds of samples are classified and gathered in space.Conclusion Near-infrared diffuse reflectance spectroscopy combined with discriminant analysis can classify donkey glue and fake glue,further,more spectra of calibration samples need to be added,eliminating the spectrum of abnormal samples,and constantly modify the model to make the model have a higher and more accurate recognition rate.
