摘　　要：目的探讨门诊药学服务工作在新形势下的开展模式,提升门诊药学服务质量。方法总结山西医科大学第一医院在使用门诊自动发药机、应用合理用药监管系统、发放窗口用药指导单、开展用药咨询服务等4个方面开展门诊药学服务的实践经验,对药学服务开展前后患者的平均取药等待时间、发药差错率以及退药处方原因等进行分析。结果使用门诊自动发药机后,患者的平均排队等候时间、平均取药等候时间减少,应用合理用药监管系统以后退药处方数减少,医师因素和患者因素退药的百分比均降低。结论现代科学技术支持下的门诊药学服务新模式,可有效提升门诊药学服务的质量和水平。Objective To explore the development mode of outpatient pharmaceutical care in the new situation and improve the quality of outpatient pharmaceutical care.Methods Shanxi Cancer Hospital in the use of outpatient service automatically send medicine machine,the regulatory system for the rational use of drugs,extending application window guidelines and single drug advisory service and so on four aspects to carry out the practice of outpatient pharmacy service experience,the pharmaceutical care of patients before and after the average waiting time take medicine,send the error rate and the reason for refund medicine prescription drugs were analyzed.Results After using the automatic dispensing machine in outpatient department,the average waiting time in queue,the average waiting time for taking medicine and the dispensing error rate of patients were significantly reduced,and the number of drug prescriptions returned by rational drug use supervision system was significantly reduced,and the percentage of drug returned by physician factor and patient factor was significantly reduced.Conclusion The new model of outpatient pharmaceutical care supported by modern science and technology can effectively improve the quality and level of outpatient pharmaceutical care.
