摘  要:有机硅高沸物及废触体都是有机硅的副产物,前者Cl元素含量高、后者遇空气易自燃,其产量随有机硅行业的高速发展而急剧上升,环保压力不断增大。本文综述了近年来有机硅高沸物及废触体的资源化利用技术,分析了各种技术的优劣势。指出:未来有机硅高沸物及废触体的资源化利用技术可从梯级资源化利用、以废治废、物料循环利用、能量耦合等方面进行整合和升级。The organosilicon high-boiling residues and spent silicon contact mass are both by-products of organic silicon.The former has a high Cl element content,while the latter is easy to spontaneous combustion in air.With the rapid development of organic silicon industry,their production has sharply increased and the pressure of environmental protection is increasing.This article summarizes the resource utilization technologies of organic silicon high boiling residues and spent silicon contact mass in recent years,and analyzes their advantages and disadvantages.It is pointed out that in the future,the resource utilization technology of organosilicon high-boiling residues and spent silicon contact mass can be integrated and upgraded from the aspects of cascade resource utilization,waste treatment,material recycling,energy coupling,etc.
