摘 要:以磁性凹凸棒土(ATP-Fe_(3)O_(4))为载体、Pb(Ⅱ)为模板、甲基丙烯酸为功能单体、水杨醛为交联剂制备了磁性铅离子印迹聚合物(MIIPs/ATP-Fe_(3)O_(4)),采用X-射线衍射仪(XRD)和振动样品磁强计(VSM)对其进行了表征,并考察了该材料对水溶液中Pb(Ⅱ)的吸附性能。表征结果显示:MIIPs/ATP-Fe_(3)O_(4)具有软磁材料特性,在外加磁场作用下,能够快速实现固液分离。实验结果表明:在Pb(Ⅱ)质量浓度10 mg/L、MIIPs/ATP-Fe_(3)O_(4)加入量0.08 g/L、pH 5.0、温度298 K的条件下,吸附8 h后,MIIPs/ATP-Fe_(3)O_(4)对Pb(Ⅱ)的吸附量为105.38 mg/g;MIIPs/ATP-Fe_(3)O_(4)对Pb(Ⅱ)的吸附过程符合准二级动力学模型和Langmuir等温吸附模型,该吸附过程以化学吸附为主,是自发的、吸热过程;在Pb(Ⅱ)与Cd(Ⅱ)、Cu(Ⅱ)或Zn(Ⅱ)的二元混合溶液中,MIIPs/ATP-Fe_(3)O_(4)对Pb(Ⅱ)具有良好的识别选择性。The magnetic lead ion(Ⅱ)-imprinted polymers(MIIPs/ATP-Fe_(3)O_(4))were prepared using magnetic attapulgite as the supporter,lead ion(Ⅱ)as the template,methacrylic acid as the functional monomer and salicylaldehyde as the crosslinking agent.The samples were characterized by X-ray diffractometer(XRD)and vibrating sample magnetometer(VSM),and their adsorption properties for lead ion(Ⅱ)in aqueous solutions were investigated.The characterization results show that MIIPs/ATP-Fe_(3)O_(4) have soft magnetic material properties and can quickly achieve solid-liquid separation under the action of an external magnetic field.The experimental results show that:Under the conditions of Pb(Ⅱ)mass concentration 10 mg/L,MIIPs/ATP-Fe_(3)O_(4) amount 0.08 g/L,pH 5.0,and temperature 298 K,the adsorption amount of Pb(Ⅱ)on MIIPs/ATP-Fe_(3)O_(4) is 105.38 mg/g after 8 h of adsorption;The adsorption process of MIIPs/ATP-Fe_(3)O_(4) for Pb(Ⅱ)follows the quasi second-order kinetic model and Langmuir isotherm adsorption model,and the adsorption process is mainly chemical adsorption,which is a spontaneous and endothermic process;Moreover,MIIPs/ATPFe_(3)O_(4) show excellent selectivity for Pb(Ⅱ)in binary mixed solutions of Pb(Ⅱ)with Cd(Ⅱ),Cu(Ⅱ),or Zn(Ⅱ).
