摘 要:针对某煤化工企业污水处理厂生化污泥、浮渣和罐底泥产生量大、贮存不易、运输风险大、处理成本高等问题,提出了一种将生化污泥、浮渣和罐底泥脱水后混合成干化污泥,再与粉煤一起进入气化炉综合利用的处置思路。通过干化污泥对入炉煤质、气化炉污染物排放量和粗合成气元素含量的影响分析,得到了一种粉煤气化炉协同处理煤化工企业干化污泥的有效方法。分析结果表明:气化灰水中重金属含量较低,不会对污水处理设施的正常运行产生影响;气化炉的高温反应更有利于金属固化,气化炉炉渣可作为水泥原料进行综合利用;粗合成气中极低浓度的金属元素会在后续净化单元被去除,不会对产品合成气质量产生影响。Aiming at the problems of high production,difficult storage,transportation risks,and high treatment costs of biochemical sludge,floating sludge and tank bottom sludge in a wastewater treatment plant of a coal chemical enterprise,a disposal approach for comprehensive utilization of these sludges was proposed by dehydrating and mixing biochemical sludge,floating sludge,and tank bottom sludge to produce dried sludge,and then feeding it into a powder coal gasifier.By analyzing the effects of the dried sludge on coal quality,pollutant emissions from gasifier,and element content of crude synthetic gas,an effective method for the synergistic treatment of dried sludge in coal chemical enterprises using powder coal gasifier was confirmed.The analysis results show that:The heavy metal content of the gasification ash water is relatively low,which will not affect the normal operation of sewage treatment facilities;The high-temperature reaction in gasifier is more conducive to metal solidification,and the gasifier slag can be comprehensively utilized as cement raw materials;The metal elements with extremely low concentration in crude synthesis gas will be removed in subsequent purification units and will not affect the quality of the product synthesis gas.
