摘　　要：清末民初,新闻媒体在舆论宣传、文化动员和思想启蒙中展现了特殊的时代价值,为推动社会进步转型进行了积极的思想动员,并营造了良好的革命氛围。《晋阳公报》创刊后,在山西进行了充分的舆论动员,促进了革命进步力量的成长,为太原新军起义推翻清王朝在山西的统治奠定了重要的思想基础。In the late Qing Dynasty and early Republic of China,the news media showed the special value of times in the propaganda of public opinion,cultural mobilization and ideological enlightenment,which mobilized and created a positive atmosphere for revolution in promoting the transformation of social progress.The publication of Jinyang Daily greatly mobilized the public opinions in Shanxi,promoting the growth of revolutionary and progressive forces,which laid an important ideological foundation for the Taiyuan New Army to overthrow the rule of Qing Dynasty in Shanxi.
