摘 要:针对普通稠油化学驱提高采收率技术现状,研究了一种化学驱油新体系。通过高效二元复合驱配方的筛选,微气泡的分散,构建了微气泡增效二元复合驱体系,分别从驱替普通稠油效果和有关机理方面展开了研究。结果表明,溶气法构建微气泡增效体系简单实用,形成的微气泡(平均直径26.7μm)能较均匀地分散于常规高效二元体系中,具有注入性好,提高阻力系数能力强,残余阻力系数高等特点。除存在一般二元复合驱的采收率机理外,微气泡产生的贾敏效应叠加以及微气泡对稠油的协同乳化携带作用,能显著增加体系的波及能力和洗油效率。在模型非均质条件下,微气泡增效二元复合驱提高普通稠油采收率的效果明显高于常规高效二元复合驱,可以再增加12个百分点。本文研究为普通稠油化学驱提供了较好的技术思路。In response to the requirements of chemical flooding technology for enhancing the recovery of conventional heavy oil,a novel chemical flooding system was investigated.Through the meticulous selection of high-efficiency binary formulations and the dispersion of microbubbles,an S/P binary combined flooding system enhanced by microbubbles was constructed.The displacing effects of conventional heavy oil and associated mechanisms were studied.The results show that the dissolved gas method for constructing a microbubble-enhanced system is simple and practical.The generated microbubbles,with an average diameter of 26.7μm,can be uniformly dispersed in the conventional efficient binary system.The system exhibits good injectability,a strong ability to increase the resistance coefficient,and a high residual resistance coefficient.In addition to the recovery mechanisms present in the conventional binary combined flooding,the superimposed Jamin effect as well as the synergistic emulsification carrying effect generated by microbubbles significantly increase the system's sweeping capacity and oil displacement efficiency.Under the modeled heterogeneous conditions,microbubble enhanced binary flooding achieves an additional 12%OOIP compared with the effect of ordinary binary flooding.This study provides a valuable technical approach for exploiting conventional heavy oil by chemical flooding.
