摘  要:试验旨在研究裂壶藻油(Schizochytrium sp. oil, SO)对产蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质、鸡蛋和组织中二十二碳六烯酸(DHA)沉积的影响。试验选用25周龄大午金凤蛋鸡720只,随机分成4组,每组4个重复,每个重复45只鸡。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮中分别添加0.3%、0.6%和0.9%SO,预试期1周,正试期4周。结果显示:SO对蛋鸡产蛋率、料蛋比、平均蛋重和平均日采食量均无显著影响(P>0.05);SO对鸡蛋蛋壳强度、蛋壳厚度、蛋白高度、哈氏单位、蛋黄重和蛋黄颜色均无显著影响(P>0.05);与对照组相比,SO可显著提高蛋黄中n-3PUFA及DHA含量(P<0.05),显著降低n-6 PUFA含量和n-6/n-3 PUFA值(P<0.05)。蛋鸡饲粮添加SO可显著提高鸡蛋中DHA含量(P<0.05),且随着饲粮SO添加水平的增加而增加。在饲喂14 d后,鸡蛋中DHA含量增幅趋缓,趋于稳定。随着饲粮SO添加水平的提高,蛋鸡肌肉和肝脏组织中DHA含量不断提升。研究表明,0.3%~0.9%SO可显著提高蛋鸡肌肉、肝脏组织和鸡蛋中DHA含量,且对蛋鸡生产性能和蛋品质无不良影响。This experiment aimed to investigate the effects of Schizochytrium sp.oil(SO)on production performance,egg quality,and docosahexaenoic acid(DHA)deposition in eggs and tissues of laying hens.A total of 72025-week-age Dawu Golden Phoenix laying hens were randomly divided into four groups with four replicates in each group and 45 hens per replicate.The hens in the control group were fed with the basal diet,while those in the experimental group were fed with the basal diet supple-mented with 0.3%,0.6%and 0.9%SO,respectively.The experiment was conducted for one week in the pretest period and four weeks in the main test period.The results showed that SO addition in the diet had no significant effect on egg production rate,feed-to-egg ratio,average egg weight,and daily feed intake of laying hens(P>0.05).SO addition in the diet had no significant ef-fecteggshell strength,eggshell thickness,white egg height,augh unit,yolk weight and yolk color of laying hens(P>0.05).SO addi-tion in the diet had no significant effect on monounsaturated fatty acids(MUFA)and polyunsaturated fatty acids(PUFA)in egg yolk of laying hens(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,SO addition could significantly increase the n-3 PUFA and DHA content in egg yolk(P<0.05)and dramatically decrease the n-6 PUFA content and n-6/n-3 PUFA rate(P<0.05).Adding SO to diets could significantly increase the DHA content in egg yolk(P<0.05).The more SO was added to the diet,the more DHA con-tent was kept in eggs(P<0.05).After 14 days of feeding,the increase of DHA content in eggs slowed and stabilized.DHA content in laying hens′muscle and liver tissues was growing with the increasing of dietary SO supplemental level.It was suggeseed that adding 0.3%~0.9%SO to the diet could increase DHA content in muscle liver tissues and eggs,it had no adverse effects on the production performance and egg quality of hens.
