摘 要:采用激素NAA、IBA,浓度0、500、1 000、1 500 mg/L,时间0、5、10、15 min,以2年生白牛槭嫩枝作为试验材料研究其扦插技术,探讨激素和浓度在一定时间下对白牛槭嫩枝扦插生根的影响。试验中发现9号处理生根数最多,用相同浓度IBA1 000 mg/L+NAA1 000 mg/L速蘸5 min,白牛槭生根数最大值85(条),比6号处理在相同浓度IBA500 mg/L+NAA500 mg/L作用下速蘸5 min,生根数最小值3.33(条)大2 452.5%,比白牛槭14个处理根数平均值25.53(条)大232.9%;3号处理根长最长,用不同浓度IBA500 mg/L+NAA1 000 mg/L速蘸10 min,白牛槭根长最大值11.03 cm,比14号处理在不同浓度IBA1 000 mg/L+NAA500 mg/L速蘸5 min,根长最小值1.8 cm大512.7%,比14个处理根长平均值7大57.57%;2号处理根径的粗度最大,用不同浓度IBA0 mg/L+NAA1 000 mg/L速蘸10 min,白牛槭根径最大值1.78 mm,比14号处理在不同浓度IBA1 000 mg/L+NAA500 mg/L速蘸10 min,根径最小值0.49 mm大263.3%,比14个处理根径平均值0.67 mm大165.7%。因此,9号处理在相同激素浓度和相同时间、3号处理和2号处理在不同激素浓度和不同时间处理下,白牛槭嫩枝扦插生根数、生根长和生根茎的粗度数值都是最大(85条、11.03 cm、1.78 mm),生长表现最好。Using hormones NAA and IBA at the concentration of 0 mg/L,500 mg/L,1000 mg/L,1500 mg/L for 0,5,10 and 15 min,the cuttage technology of 2-year old Acer mandshuricum was studied,and the effects of hormones and concentration on the cuttage rooting of Acer mandshuricum were discussed.In the experiment,it was found that the number of rooting of No.9 treatment was the highest,and when the same concentration of IBA1000 mg/L+NAA1000 mg/L was dipped for 5min,the maximum number of rooting of Acer mandshuricum was 85(bars),which was higher than that of No.6 treatment at the same concentration of IBA500 mg/L. The minimum number of roots was 2452.5% larger than 3.33(bars), which was 232.9% larger than the average number of 14 treated trees 25.53(bars) after dipping with NAA500 mg/L for 5min. Treatment No. 3 had the longest root length and was dipped in different concentrations of IBA500 mg/L+NAA 1 000 mg/L for 10min. The maximum root length of Acer mandshuricum was 11.03 cm, which was higher than that of treatment No. 14 in different concentrations of IBA1 000 mg/L +NAA500 mg/L for 5 min, the minimum root length was 512.7% larger than 1.8 cm, which was 57.57% larger than the average length of 14 treated roots. The root diameter of the No. 2 treatment was the largest, and the maximum root diameter of the Acer mandshuricum was 1.78 mm when different concentrations of IBA0 mg/L +NAA1 000 mg/L were dipped for 10 min, which was higher than that of the No. 14 treatment at different concentrations of IBA 1 000 mg/L + NAA500 mg/L for 10min, the minimum root diameter of 0.49 mm was 263.3% larger than that of 0.67 mm, which was 165.7% larger than the average diameter of 14 treated roots. Therefore, under the same hormone concentration and the same time of treatment No. 9, treatment No. 3 and treatment No. 2, treatment with different hormone concentration and different time, the root number and root length of cuttings of Acer mandshuricum were the largest (85 bars、11.03 cm、 1.78 mm), and the growth performance was the best.
