摘 要:以某钼尾矿为主要原料,外掺一定量的粉煤灰制备钼尾矿烧结砖,探究粉煤灰加入量对钼尾矿烧结砖性能的影响。结果表明:粉煤灰的最佳外掺量为6%,此条件下制备的钼尾矿烧结砖的抗压强度为25.87 MPa,抗折强度为12.85 MPa,体积密度为1.83 g/cm^(3),吸水率为13.65%,烧失重为8.17%,各项指标均达到了建筑用砖的标准。Molybdenum tailings are used as the main raw material and a certain amount of fly ash is added to prepare molybdenum tailings sintered brick.The effect of fly ash content on the properties of molybdenum tailings sintered brick is investigated.The results show that the optimum content of fly ash is 6%,the compressive strength of molybdenum tailings sintered bricks prepared under this condition is 25.87 MPa,the flexural strength is 12.85 MPa,the bulk density is 1.83 g/cm^(3),the water absorption rate is 13.65%,and the ignition loss is 8.17%.All the indexes meet the standards of building bricks.
