摘 要:针对当前圆盘造球生产过程主要依靠现场操作工的主观经验,存在不稳定、不可靠、效率低等问题,开发了自动造球专家系统。系统将机器视觉检测技术应用于自动化控制中,系统能够在线实时分析生球粒径,反馈给控制模型,实时优化并自适应调节影响生球质量的模型变量。最终实现稳定造球与自动化生产,为球团厂降本增效。The current production process of balling disc mainly relies on the subjective experience of on-site operators,which has problems such as instability,unreliability,and low efficiency.To solve this,an automatic pelletizing expert system has been developed.The system applies machine vision detection technology to automation control.The system can analyze the particle size of green balls on a real-time basis online,provide feedback to the control model,and optimize and adaptively adjust the model variables that affect the quality of green balls in real time,ultimately achieving stable pelletizing and automated production,reducing costs and increasing efficiency for pellet plants.
