摘　　要：重点阐述新发展形势下矿山项目经济评价中涉及到的财务评价、全寿命周期评价、维简费选取、绿色低碳评价、外包模式选择、改扩建评价等诸多关键领域的新问题,对行业现行通用的做法进行规范性的解读和分析。This paper focuses on the new issues in the economic evaluation of mine projects relating to financial evaluation,life-cycle assessment,selection of maintenance costs,green and low-carbon evaluation,selection of outsourcing modes,and evaluation of renovation and expansion under the new development situation and provides a normative interpretation and analysis of the current common industry practices.
