摘 要:目的 研究巴林特小组干预对放射技师职业倦怠现状的影响价值。方法 选取本地区二甲及以上中医医院60名放射技师作为研究对象,随机分为观察组(30名)和对照组(30名)。研究对象接受马斯勒职业倦怠量表问卷调查,以情绪疲惫感、工作冷漠感、无工作成就感三个维度来判断其是否具有职业倦怠。调查结束后,观察组接受6个月的巴林特小组干预,对照组不进行干预。6个月后对所有研究对象再次进行马斯勒职业倦怠量表问卷调查。结果 巴林特小组干预前,观察组和对照组三个维度评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);巴林特小组干预后,观察组情绪疲惫感评分为(13.60±1.35)分,低于干预前和同期对照组(t=68.845,P=0.000;t=-68.615,P=0.000);工作冷漠感评分为(7.40±1.55)分,低于干预前和同期对照组(t=31.832,P=0.000;t=-40.475,P=0.000);无工作成就感评评分为(42.33±1.11)分,高于干预前和同期对照组(t=-62.010,P=0.000;t=63.062,P=0.000)。结论 巴林特小组干预能够明显改善放射技师的职业倦怠现状,值得进一步研究和推广。Objective To study the value of Balint group intervention on the status quo of job burnout of radiographers.Methods A total of 60 radiation technicians from second-class and above traditional Chinese medicine hospitals in the region were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The subjects were surveyed by the Masler Burnout Inventory and judged whether they had job burnout from three dimensions:emotional exhaustion,job indifference,and job achievement.After the investigation,the observation group received Balint group intervention,and the control group did not intervene.After 6 months,all the subjects were surveyed by the Masler Burnout Inventory again.Results Before the intervention of the Balint group,there was no significant difference in the scores of the three dimensions between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).After the intervention of the closed Balint group,the score of emotional exhaustion in the observation group was(13.60±1.35)points,which was lower than that before the intervention and the control group at the same time(t=68.845,P=0.000;t=-68.615,P=0.000).The score of work apathy was(7.40±1.55),which was lower than that before intervention and the control group at the same period(t=31.832,P=0.000;t=-40.475,P=0.000).The score of no work achievement was(42.33±1.11),which was higher than that before intervention and the control group(t=-62.010,P=0.000;t=63.062,P=0.000).Conclusion Balint group intervention can significantly improve the job burnout status of radiation technicians,which is worthy of further research and promotion.
