摘　　要：针对目前应用的高空物料传输装置结构形式的不足,设计了一款自锁型高空物料输送装置。该机构挂接于高压导线,通过拽拉绕过下方滑轮的绳索实现物料在高低空之间的传递;挂接时需要无人机辅助,拆卸时地面人员拽拉牵引控制绳完成解锁。为保证可靠的自锁性能,通过上、下摆臂完成上、下方向的限位,其次设计基于负载抱紧高压导线的左、右夹座,从而实现双重自锁。通过仿真分析及组装物理样机进一步测试验证,物料输送装置能够实现便捷的挂、拆和物料在高、低空之间及平行空间的物料传递,且自锁性能好,具备较好的应用前景和产品推广价值。Aiming at the deficiencies of the structural forms of currently applied overhead material transfer devices,a self-locking high-altitude material conveying device is designed.The device is connected to the high-voltage wire,the material is transferred between high and low space by pulling the rope of the pulley below.The UAV is needed to assist articulating device,operators located on the ground pull the traction control rope to complete the unlocking.In order to ensure reliable self-locking performance,the upper and lower swing arm are used to complete the upper and lower direction limit,then left and right clamp seat are designed to achieve double self-locking.Through further testing and verification of simulation analysis and physical prototype,the apparatus can achieve good self-lock characteristic and convenient material transfer between high and low altitude,as well as parallel space,this equipment has a good application prospect and promotion value.
