摘 要:为研究制冷系统油循环率对制冷压缩机性能的影响,对车用涡旋式压缩机工作过程数学模型进行了仿真模拟。又利用仿真软件对涡旋压缩机进行了数值模拟仿真。并用第二制冷剂量热器法搭建了压缩机性能实验台及OCR (油循环率)测量装置,并在汽车空调压缩机性能测试台上进行实验,得到了流入压缩腔内的润滑油循环率与压缩机排气温度、制冷量和轴功率的关系曲线。通过模拟分析结果以及实验结果的验证,得出研究结果表明:理论计算结果和实验结果较为符合;压缩腔内油循环率为4.5%时压缩机工作性能较为理想。In order to study the influence of the amount of oil in the refrigeration system on the performance of the refrigeration compressor,the compression process is simulated by the mathematical model of the working process of the vehicle scroll compressor.The scroll compressor is numerically simulated based on the method of hydrodynamics.The compressor performance test bench and OCR measuring device are built by using the second refrigeration dose heater method,and the experiments of variable oil circulation rate,variable speed and variable working conditions are carried out on the automobile air conditioning compressor performance test bench,and the relationship curves between the amount of lubricating oil flowing into the compression cavity and the exhaust temperature,refrigeration capacity and shaft power of the compressor are obtained.Through the verification of the simulation analysis results and experimental results,the research results show that the theoretical calculation results are in good agreement with the experimental results;the working performance of the compressor is ideal when the mass percentage of oil and gas in the compression cavity is 4.5%.
