摘 要:针对现有段铣工艺铣刀的常用齿形种类少、技术更新慢,无法满足日益复杂化的段铣作业工艺需求的问题,分析了钻完井行业中技术迭代更快和种类繁多PDC切削齿技术现状,并跟踪了目前最新国外市场数种先进PDC切削齿的技术特点,探讨了将新型PDC齿形类比引入到段铣工艺铣刀的齿形设计的可行性。通过对比分析新型PDC齿形和常规段铣工艺铣刀的齿形设计的技术要求,选择了两种新型齿形满足段铣作业要求,并设计了一种新型段铣铣刀,具有一定的推广价值和指导意义。Aiming at the problems that the common tooth shapes of the existing section milling process cutters are few,slow in technological advancement,and unable to meet the increasingly complex section milling process requirements,this paper analyzes the current situation of faster technological iteration and a wide range of PDC cutting tooth technology in the drilling and completion industry,and tracks the technical characteristics of several advanced PDC cutting teeth in the latest foreign markets,and discusses the feasibility of introducing the new type of PDC teeth into the design of section milling process cutters by analogy with the new PDC teeth.The feasibility of introducing the new PDC tooth shape analogy into the tooth shape design of segment milling cutter is discussed.By comparing and analyzing the technical requirements of the new PDC tooth shape and the tooth shape design of the conventional segment milling cutter,two new tooth shapes are selected to meet the requirements of segment milling operation,and a new type of segment milling cutter is designed,which has a certain positive value of popularization and guiding significance.
