摘 要:为了分析滑油从滑油泵组流经燃滑油散热器、喷嘴至轴承腔内的流动换热特性,基于Flowmaster流体系统仿真平台,以发动机滑油供油系统为研究对象,通过各支点喷嘴模型建立及仿真计算,验证喷嘴设计符合性。根据燃滑油散热器结构特点,计算流阻和换热特性,建立仿真计算模型,验证散热器流阻特性及换热性能;建立滑油供油系统模型,仿真计算轴承腔、附件机匣、转接齿轮箱等处供油流量、供油压力及供油温度,分析评估系统流量压力换热特性,支撑滑油系统正向设计。To analyze the flow and heat transfer characteristics of oil from the oil pump through the fuel-oil radiator,nozzles to the bearing chambers,based on the Flowmaster fluid system simulation platform,the engine lubricating oil supply system is taken as the research object,the model establishment and simulation calculation of each nozzle is carried out to verify design compliance of the nozzle.According to the structural characteristics of the fuel-oil radiator,the flow resistance and heat transfer characteristics are calculated,and a simulation calculation model is established to verify the flow resistance characteristics and heat transfer performance of the radiator.The model of lubricating oil supply system is established to simulate and calculate the oil supply flux,oil supply pressure and oil supply temperature at bearing chamber,accessory gearbox,transfer gearbox,etc.,analyze and evaluate the flow pressure heat transfer characteristics of the system,and support the positive design of lubricating oil system.
