摘 要:相较于传统的人工标记、喷墨标记、电脑刻字标记等对产品进行唯一性标记的方式,激光标记具有速率快、加工精度高、热影响区小且经济实惠的特点,从而具有较大的实用价值。而在激光标记过程中,工艺参数选择不当容易造成标记不清晰,难以识别的问题。文中通过数值模拟与试验研究激光工艺参数与烧蚀特征尺寸之间的关系,结论如下:激光功率、激光频率及脉冲宽度与烧蚀深度、宽度成正比,然而激光功率、频率过大,会产生难以消除的多余物,在实际应用中推荐使用激光功率60 W、脉冲频率40 k Hz、脉冲宽度500 ns作为激光标记参数。Compared with the traditional methods of identifying products uniquely,such as manual identification,ink-jet identification and computer lettering identification,laser identification has the characteristics of high speed,high processing accuracy,small heat affected zone and economy,so it has great practical value.However,in the process of laser marking,improper selection of process parameters may easily lead to unclear identification and difficult identification.In this paper,the relationship between laser process parameters and ablation feature size is studied through numerical simulation and experiment.The conclusions are as follows:laser power,laser frequency and pulse width are proportional to ablation depth and width.However,excessive laser power and frequency produce redundant objects that are difficult to eliminate.In practical application,it is recommended to use laser power of 60 W,pulse frequency of 40 kHz,and pulse width of 500 ns as laser identification parameters.
