摘  要:在对齿轮进行精度等级评定时,齿廓偏差和齿距偏差是两个重要的评定参数,为了精确计算齿轮磨削加工获得的实际齿廓偏差和齿距偏差,文中提出了齿轮齿廓偏差和齿距偏差的评定方法,综合考虑夹紧变形的影响,利用齐次坐标变换矩阵建立了齿面参数方程,并系统分析了各种位姿误差对齿廓偏差、齿距偏差的影响规律,为齿廓偏差和齿距偏差的计算提供了依据。When evaluating the accuracy level of gears,tooth profile deviation and tooth pitch deviation are two important evaluation parameters.In order to accurately calculate the actual tooth profile deviation and tooth pitch deviation obtained from gear grinding,this paper proposes an evaluation method for gear tooth profile deviation and tooth pitch deviation.Taking into account the influence of clamping deformation,a tooth surface parameter equation is established using a homogeneous coordinate transformation matrix,and the impact of various pose errors on tooth profile deviation and tooth pitch deviation are systematically analyzed,this provides a basis for the calculation of tooth profile deviation and tooth pitch deviation.
